Unable to locate Fresno Police Frequency

I just purchased my first scanner Pro 106 because I could no longer stream the Fresno Police online. I'm trying to set it up but I don't know how to find the frequency. Someone told me they switched to digital so I don't know if that may be a factor. I could still find the sheriffs dept but I need the local police not the sheriff. Please help. I've read this manual twice and searched the forums to no avail.

I'm not from your area, but while waiting for someone who is - here's the RR database page for Fresno County, including what's currently posted for City of Fresno..

Thanks a lot. I checked the database so many times and I didn't see it. I guess because I didn't see that there was a different section for cities. I was only looking at county and I didn't see that it was 3/4 of the way down on the page. Wow do I feel like an idiot.
