Unable to monitor Cedar Rapids PD

I have been unable to monitor Cedar Rapids Police the last few days since the flood hit. For a day or so they were using 866.0125, 867.0125, but now that is being used by the National Guard, and no longer am hearing CR PD on those freqs. Would be much appreciated if someone could tell me where to monitor them. Thanks in advance! Dave
