Unencrypted LE talk group in Hall co

Picked up obvious law enforcement traffic on a Hall county freq. with a talk group ID of 5136. My radio lists it as "Testing 5136" as I haven't updated my radio in several months. Sounds like a drug bust/sting being transmitted in the clear.

Must be an interagency TG. See that's what sucks about ADP, aside from the fact that it is weak encryption, it is also proprietary. So when you want to be "interoperable" you have to disable it to work with other vendor's radios.

Like #2 said they have to disable it to communicate with other agencies that use different radio brands.
