Unication G4/G5 in SD County?

Just hoping to confirm that the Unication G4 and G5 will not decode the RCS or SD City systems? Being SmartZone, I assume they will not, however just wondering if anyone has found otherwise.

Unications do not decode smartzone systems, only P25
