UNID Comms on 165.2875

[SCPD]

Today while scanning I picked up in the clear P25 traffic on 165.2875. I was wondering if anybody might know anything about the use or user of this freq? All I will say is that they were mobil units and appeared to be operating in simplex mode. Thanks for any help.
