UNID Fed TRS in Springfield??

While in Springfield recently, I noted a Motorola control buzz on 409.4125 reporting a SID of CA02 and a connect tone of 116.13.
No time to set up Unitrunker.
Could be a birdie on my GRECOM 2006 as +42.8 = 452.2125 Rayfield, but that shows as an LTR.
And I don't think I get decoding of SID with a birdie.
Can a local check this out?
