During a nice temperature inversion this morning, I copied the following two trunked radio systems here in San Antonio. Anyone have any idea who these belong to?

Check out this thread, someone found RFSS 5, Site 5 of that 0000A-00A system in the Austin area, which was reporting the RFSS 1, Site 1 you found as a neighbor:

Negative, not in the Houston area. It was stated it's in the Austin area.

I was getting systems as far north as Waco and as far south as the rio grande valley and Mexico TETRA systems so it could be anywhere in between. Interesting that a fixed site might be in Austin. Hmmm....

The Austin site is somewhere downtown - west of I35, south of the capitol but north of Lady Bird lake. There are several federal assets in that area including a courthouse and multiple 3 letter agencies.
