Uniden 15 / 996 in Upstate ?

I have a lot of state and county data in the 996, all by GPS as well. Looking for anything specific?

Just needed info on cable, software, etc. I've got all the data. I've got a media unit that wants Uniden rather than GRE. They got 780's and 796d's. Even though I have 780's and 796d's I still prefer the PRO-197. It just takes a lot of time to learn all the details of a new software package. Thanks Larry

Larry programming a Uniden!? uh ho, they might be better off trying to learn how to themselves! lol

The programming cable should have come with the scanner. It is a custom rather than a traditional serial. The programming is a breeze! free Scan works but I much prefer the data management of the Butel Software.
