Uniden 246 2.10 update

Quick questio for of you "in the know"....Is 2.10 firmware for the Uniden 246 the latest & greatest? I believe it is but I did not see a newer one on the My Scanners section of the Uniden website so I assume it is.

this file wouldnt open B246T_V2_60_.scn wouldnt open.

You aren't supposed to open it. Just follow the directions, step by step.

is anyone having problems with the 2.60.00 firmware update? i haven't installed it yet and plan not to do so until i get feedback from those who have.
i see that there is a sticky for the new 396 firmware but none for the 246T. is there such a discussion?

I think it wasn't a sticky because there wasn't any concern - do a search and find it and post there if you think it's necessary, I doubt people will be posting 2.60 info in the 2.10 thread?

I got it, the 2.60 update that is. I had an issue with one of my ports on my laptop but fixed the issue. And yes, the 2.60 update is worth doing...just FYI. Thanks again guys, hope I can help you all out sometime.
