I received my 330T last week from Scanner Master...I love this radio! Previously, I used a BC250D full time, so the first thing that struck me about the 330T was the size. The smaller profile is great, and it fits comfortably in my hand. The display visibility that was mentioned recently on this board is not a problem for my radio, even in bright daylight. I can't compare the audio level to the 246T, but I've found the 330T to be strong and clear most of the time. Naturally, of course, this depends on the transmission. Close call works great, and the CC autostore function on this radio is pretty handy, too, for "stealth" monitoring. Another nice touch is the voltage meter that displays how much juice is left in the batteries.
The one minor thing I've not been pleased with is the two handed operation that's required for many operations (ie pushing the function button and one of the keypad buttons) This is a little challenging to do while driving, but not impossible.
I've been programming the radio by hand. Ardous, but doable. I can't wait until Butel's ARC330 comes out. I did find that ARC396 will read the data from my 330, but you cannot upload info into the 330.
With the internal ferrite bar antenna turned on, the AM reception is great. I was able to receive a major FM Broadcast sation now, somewhat marginaly, with the RS 800 duck on, if that helps. I haven't monitored any other broadcast FM with this one yet.
All in all, I've been very pleased with this radio so far!
