Hi where did u pick yours up ? and I would also like to ask about a few things
Does the printed ink on your faceplate/keypad smear or wear off , especially when warm ? when you turn the audio down low does it have a rattle/poor quality? also what fimware version did it come with , & did you flash upgrade it yet? if so, did you have any difficulty with the flash upgrade?
Just wondering how widespread these issues are before I order mine......

I own a couple of 396T's and yes the ink comes off very easy when warm, to a point thier is'nt any more. Just to make it clear the numbers on the pads are ok it's only the silk screen on the case.

The audio issue appears to be an issue with assembly, Someone may of not placed the speaker just right. The two I own and the others I have heard are very clear at any volume level.
