Uniden 436 Get stucked when entering date

Hi
Every time i open the radio it like "forget" the clock settings
it ask for date time year and so on and then finaly it say please wait and get stucked
i have to take the battery out and repeat again
doing so 2 3 time finaly succeed ..... until next morning when turn it again
it was from the first day the radio came out of the box (new)
has someone see that ? is there any advices ?

And, if it has done that since day 1, you need to leave the scanner turned on continuously for up to 50 hours to fully charge the real-time clock (RTC) battery.
