Just Picked Up the 436 & Was just wondering

how do you program it/set it for Hartford/tolland county only??

Im Getting Ct All Countys + Mass, Ny & Others, Would Like To Just Have Htfd County/Tolland cty csp etc, Hartford pd/fire etc & Manchester area pd/fd

Range is Great, Just want To Keep It In Htfd/tolland cty area Only
