Uniden 436HP + ProScan 8.4 + live audio feed = Issues

Currently providing the feed for a fire department in Maryland that has trunking channels. I am fairly new to this area and have everything setup and the feed is online however, my scanner is not scanning the list of channels in my favorites list. I have set up ProScan also, and have a Teamviewer access (free remote desktop software) so it can all be controlled remotely. If anyone has strong 436HP background programming and some tips on how to correct this problem, DM me and I can email you a link to remote in the system to troubleshoot. Make sure the service types are enabled, none of the channels or departments are avoided, and that it is not a range issue.
