Uniden 800XLT Unblocked...?

I've had a BC 800XLT under my bed for about 15 years or so. I put it up for sale and questions come back about wether or not it is unblocked. I bought it new and it has never been modified in any way. Can't for the life of me remember what year I bought it. Uniden wasn't very helpful in determining manufacturing year from serial number or wether it is unblocked or not. I'm wondering if someone here can shed a little light so I know what I have and what it might be worth. Thanks!

Really is a moot thing as the cell co.s changed and it wont get anything related to that anyways.

The 800XLT came out in the late 1980's and was not unblocked because it was never blocked to start with. Plenty of law enforcement to listen to in most areas, but the radio won't track trunked systems, and won't receive digital systems.
