BCD396T/BC996T: Uniden 996 / 15x cover (shell? casing?)

Does anyone have a Uniden 996 / 15x cover they'd like to part with?

I am missing one for close to two years and have been unable to buy one from Uniden directly. I have called Uniden more than a dozen times, but they don't seem to sell them.

Do you know if one from a 536HP will fit?? I really don't think that Uniden changed anything on the chassis between the two models.

I am not sure. I don't have a 536hp to compare the size to, just a few 996/15x scanners and the SDS 200, which is wholly different in size.

Yes it will fit. I just changed mine out a few weeks ago.
