I recently bought a cheap ($70) dashcam from Amazon....it is causing major interference with the Bell fleetnet systems in my scanner....Waterloo EDACS seem to be ok though. I have had to unplug the dashcam to be able to listen to the OPP......If it makes a difference, it is plugged into to the same dual adapter and the dashcam has front and rear cameras.
If it is because it's a cheap system, I would buy a better quality camera. If hard-wiring the scanner would help, I would do that....
