uniden bc-700a help!

ok i have the bc-700a, i would like to reprogram the radio in other words start fresh. how do i delete all the freq. in the radio and start over, semms i misplaced the manual. any help would be appreciated ..... thanks!

I had one in a company vechicle years ago, and I locked out all of the preprogrammed stuff (yeah, it took awhile), then I programmed every programmable position for the same freq (150.000), then locked them out. After all of that, I programmed what I needed in each bank.

i did a search and found that the radio shack pro-2038 is almost the same as the bc-700a so i found the owners manual (non-pdf ) showed me exactly how to change to 000.0000 on my channels i had programmed before . if anyone has the same problem with there bc-700a here is the link.................http://support.radioshack.com/support_electronics/doc18/18273.htm

The pro 2056 was like it too, but I think that version did not have 800. I've used a 700a, 2038, and a 2056 over the years, so I'm pretty familar with them. I must have had a brainfart, or I would have suggested to look at RS for a manual
