I'll be a mench and answer your question:
Yes the 245 works but only the analog portion of it. If you live in Windsor, Sarnia, Wallaceburg, York Region, u can hear MOH ambulances, in other regions only digital OPP and MTO on analog.

If you live in the eastern part of Ontario I think digital OPP only.
