No, that radio is several years old. Without the optional BC25i card, it won't do P25 - and it isn't going to be supported for Motorola rebanding.
With the right antenna it is a good milcom radio, and it will do EDACS trunking without having to worry about the rebanding issues. It's also a pretty decent conventional radio. It depends on what you are interested in hearing 73 Mike
I have one, great radio though for what i have around here, conventional analog and P25, and also the Type II VHF system in SD.
All depends on what you need to monitor, for $180 its a good price. Most of them on ebay go for $200 or so without the card, and closer to $300 or more with the digital card.
