Uniden BC396T programming help

IS there anywhere or anyone in Western KY that programs scanners for a fee? I have a bought one and I am stumped. I have the usb cable and I know what frequencies I would like programmed.

I'm more experienced with Lexington, Louisville, and Pike Co. than western KY, but I don't foresee any issues. (I've also owned a T since 05)
