Uniden BC796D reset to factory settings ,then sell!!

Can anyone tell me how to reset the Uniden BC796D back to factory settings. I am also selling this scanner anyone interested? I just took it out of the box yesterday, SELLING TO ONTARIO, CANADA ONLY!! Save lots $750.00 taxes included, plus shipping, Will ship immediately., or you can pick up

To do a master reset :

While turning the POWER on your radio with one hand
push the 2 ,9 andMANUAL button simultaneously
with the other hand.

Should be good as new.

Is the above directions vaild with the BC785D and BC250D Uniden scanners?

Yes ,and also for Uniden-made GRE scanners sold by Radio Shack such
as the Pro-2052 for example.
