I bought some toner cartridges from these folks and when I opened it I found out it was defective and the toner had spilled out all over the inside of the package. Because it had been opened they refused to take it back. What kind fo crap is that?? I will never deal with these folks for anything ever again. I got a bad toner cartridge out of the deal, but they lost a customer and gained as much bad press as I can create for them.

I'll let you know what happens when I get it. They were horrible about letting me know the status. most places I've ordered from tell you step by step what's going on. When I check my order status on their site, even now, it says "pending". The only way I know it's shipped is I called them, first time I was waiting for 30mins before talking to someone, and got very pissed. I think there was some truth to what I was told but it was not all true. I would never order from them again. Just thought I would let people know about a good price. I guess it was bad to suggest getting it from them.

scanner world has the bcd996t for $512.99 + $13.75 S&H Each thats a 300 cheaper then radio shack

Communications Electronics (USAscan.com) has the BCD996T for $499.99 (price INCLUDES shipping). They have the BCD396T for $499.99 (price INCLUDES shipping), too. They have multiple unit discounts and LE/DHS discounts, as well. This place always seems to have the lowest price and I have read mainly good comments about them and their service.
