Uniden BCD160DN Question for Scanning the C&T

The Cumbres & Toltec uses digital frequencies and I recently bought a Uniden BCD160DN scanner which is capable of receiving digital frequencies. On a recent trip, I was unable to hear any transmissions. I had set the Audio Option for Digital and NXDN RAN to 48, which according the radioreference.com is the correct code. What am I doing wrong?

I don't believe a RAN of 48 is correct, use the RAN in the "Tone" column...
