I'm here a lot
I believe you are trying to load too many talkgroups . The 325P2 has limitations unlike the HP series of Uniden scanners. Go over your programming and delete some non-critical talkgroups to your monitoring.

Chances are that you are trying to upload programming without deleting what's in the scanner already.

Check your options when uploading.

I've received that message from time to time with my 396XT.
Are you clearing the entire scanner memory everytime you upload to the scanner?
Look into that and try again.
(Haven't used my 325P2 with Freescan, just the 396.)

My apologies for a sorta thread hijacking!!!
Does the 996P2 suffer from the same maximum TG problem? Is this per system, or total? I'm about to program a dozen or so of them with Freescan for work and they are wanting quite a few LARGE systems included.

Per the Easier to Read BCD996P2/XT Digital Scanner Manual
You can store up to 20 'Groups' per 'System' with up to 1000 frequencies or 500 IDs in each 'Group'. You can have 1000 total channels per conventional system and up to 256 'Sites' if you have enough memory. You can have a maximum of 500 Systems, 1000 Sites, and 25,000 Channels.

I think it has to do with which comp port I'm using. I can't seem to find a port that is not being used already
Did you load the specific serial driver for your scanner? It's not like the older 396XT, where the scanner is set up to use an existing serial port on the pc (or via a USB to Serial adapter, or the Uniden programming cable; That Uniden USB-1 cable is not used for your 325P2.).
The link is near the bottom of this Wiki page:

You can also find the link on this page from ScannerMaster. Note that the same serial port driver is used for the 325P2, 996P2, as well as the x36HP & SDS series scanners.
