Uniden BCD325P2 question

I have 9 banks programmed in. They all show the bank numbers except 2 of them which those 2 show dashes. I don't know how to get rid of them and get my bank numbers back. I programmed them all to a quick key when I programmed the radio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing to be concerned with - perfectly normal situation. It means that you do not have any System Quick Keys assigned for the positions where the dashes appear.

You may see something like S0: 1 2 3 4 5 6 - - 9. That represents System Quick Keys 1, 2, 3 ,4 5, 6 and 9 have been assigned and they are enabled/turned on. There are no System Quick Keys 7 and 8 (where those dashes are).

If you see asterisks (*), that means the System Quick Key is disabled/turned off. For example: S0: 1 * * 4 5 6 - - 9 means that System Quick Keys 2 and 3 are disabled/turned off.
