Uniden BCD396T Firmware HELP

I just downloaded the firmware update V1 20 13 to my BCD396T with the hopes of downloading the latest firmware next. The download was from the uniden website. I followed all instructions and received the ESN and SUM numbers. Since that download my scanner has been inoperable. I cant even turn the thing on! Before I call uniden tech support I was wondering if anyone experienced the same issue and had a fix. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
