Will this scanner work for everything in Findlay Ohio I don't care at this point how much it costs. I have analog and I really need to get another scanner later this month.

Yes, the Findlay Motorola type II system should track just fine.

Also the EDACS, Regular LTR systems, and Ohio Marks Motorola Omnilink systems should track fine.

If cost is not a real factor, then you should look at the newer 396XT version. More features and ability to set a channel to digital or analog as needed.
