Uniden BCD396xt Quick Keys

Does anyone know how to type a number greater than 0-9 on quick keys on the Uniden bcd396xt? For example when I try to disable 21 by typing 21 it will disable 2 and 1.

you press the . button next to the zero, then you press 2 then 1

During scanning, you can enable or disable single digit SQKs by pressing the corresponding [1 - 9, 0] key.
For two-digit SQK’s first press [. / no / pri], then enter the two digits to enable or disable that SQK.
