BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Uniden BCD536 acts like priority is on

My Bearcat BCD536HP acts like priority scan is on. It interrupts voices on all channels, conventional and trunking like it is sampling the
priority channel. I checked all the functions that control priority and none are checked. I used the Uniden Sentinel program to program it
and it still has the voice interruptions. I bought this radio used and it had this problem when I first received it. Any help would be appreciated.

As stated above make sure both close call and weather alert are turned off.

Thanks, I think it was Close Call. It's OK now.
It's very easy to accidentally turn on close call by pushing in on the squelch knob when you adjust it. You will see an icon in the upper right corner of the display. Press the squelch knob once or twice until it totally disappears.
