Uniden BCT396

I have a Uniden BCT396 Scanner. The "Hold" button keeps blinking, how do I get it to quit blinking? Also, it will not scan more than one band at a time. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Press and hold down the hold button. Sounds like you are in system hold.

i had the same problem but i figured it out and all my systems are scanning
