Uniden Bearcat UBC-3300XLT with BCi96D card

I may have read somewhere recently that if someone were to have a European Uniden Bearcat UBC-3300XLT and install a BCi96D card that it would decode and track 9600 baud digital trunked systems. Does anyone know if this is true or if it is just urban legend.

I know that if you put in the BCi25D card it will decode 3600 baud APCO25 trunked transmissions and APCO25 conventional transmissions.

Try contacting Gommert from Butel software in the Netherlands. He was experimenting with this sort of thing for the software development.

It's actually an updated BC250D.

Digital Capability APCO Project 25
Conventional
Trunked at 3600 baud
Mixed Mode at 3600
