Uniden BP-250 Cant find Software to Program

Good day. I have a BP-250 i bought when they first came out. I have always taken the scanner to the local radio shop i bought it from to update programming by cloning their demo scanner. My problem is they went out of business and im trying to find a piece of softwarei can use with the radio reference db to program a apco 25 system. any suggestions?

The BP you mention is likely a typo for the BC250, right?

If that's true, then you want ProScan or ARC250 (which you can get from Scanner Master). However, note that the 250 must have the optional BC25i card installed, or it will not do digital. Also if the system you are trying to hear is a true P25 type (it says 'APCO-25 Common Air Interface Exclusive' in the System Voice portion of the database entry), the 250 won't handle it - it can't decode a 9600 baud control channel
