The Amateur Radio Frequencies are in the master data base.

You need only enable the "HAM" service type.

MENU > Select Service Types > (scroll down) Select HAM

The Nationwide data also has a limited amount of somplex freqs., yet far from all. RR only lists Skywarn and ARES (if memory is correct).

To the OP - just create a favorite list and load then into it, same as any other freq. If you do not know them there are plenty of online resources listing them.

Yes, that's what I found as well. Once I get some time, I'll dive in and find out how to edit in specific frequnceis into the software. (hopefully)

On another note, I was able to monitor the Blue Angels prepping for this week's air show while on my lunch hour. That was fun. I think I'm going to enjoy the scanner.

There are dozens of how to's as well as U-tube vids on making a favorite. It's really the way to go to tweak to your own preferences.

You can load and scan multiple ones as well so you could either load Ham and unload or de-select via service types.

I got my 436hp cheep there .Thy did a price mess up . But after 3 month of back order .Thy finlly sent me it . Thy were hopping I was going to back out I think . I was in no rush . But for the price you could not beat it $435.00 when thy were going for $498.00 was the cheeps I could find any were else.
