Uniden Features Site Specs: No fm ?

Hello,

Just looked at the Uniden site regarding the specs for their new BCD 436.

It says (via an X in the column)::

No AM or FM

No external speaker

Are these correct ?

I'm probably misinterpreting their charts, but that is what is shows, apparently ?

AM/FM refers to the broadcast band and the 436 has a "headphone" jack, not an external speaker jack.

I have successfully programed 15 commercial FM broadcast stations into my BCD436HP (I use FMB) and they are clear and clean sounding. I chose to use "Other" for the Service Type.

Therefore, I do not know why they are claiming the x36 radios do not receive FM broadcast, mine definitely does, although unless a unusually situation arises where I would need to listen to FM radio to get news I have no plans on listening to them. But they are there if I should need them.
