No. It comes with the free Sentinel software.
Pro96Com is not for programming, but similar to Unitrunker. That said - it does not support it.
Older versions of Unitrunker will. I've used i but always have issues getting it to connect.
Used quite a lot when MARCS-IP was staring up. It does require the Extreme update.
