They repaired my BC780XLT, good as new and in short order. This would be about six years ago. Maybe things have changed, but I had no issues.

Just an update. They were unable to repair my Pro-106 but are offering me a BCD396XT at a highly reduced cost, which I will be accepting. Also, they told me for some reason, apartment numbers do not show up on the online address field, even though they are in the system, in case that worries anyone else. Hope to get my replacement scanner soon!

Thats s good deal. I would give my 106 up for a 396XT.

Anyone know what shipper uniden uses. It says they shipped my replacement 2 days ago, but the tracking number listed doesn't work in ups, USPS, or FedEx.
