Uniden Repair Status is not working

When i go to the Uniden Repair Status page and type my information (http://www.uniden.com/repair/cs6_hn_status.cfm) - i get a blank screen.

It goes to http://www.uniden.com/repair/sroprocess.cfm and it's blank - no status. Is anyone else expierencing this? I'd like to know the status on my BCD396T.

Mike, I noticed that you've tried it from work & home, so this may not help.

I had a similar problem when I sent in an older scanner for an out-of-warranty repair. Kept getting a similar message. Ended up the culprit was my overzealous anti-virus program. It's script blocking module was preventing the form data from posting properly, so I was getting back a 'not found' message similar to your's. I'm using Norton (currently NIS 2005). You might retry try after temporarily turning off script blocking long enough to check status. That's what I ended up having to do. Had to do an end around for online banking as well, adding the site to my 'safe' list before it would work properly.

I had better luck by entering my phone number and zip code rather that the SRO number and my zip code. with my phone number the status came right up.

Give that a try and see if it works.

Same here both browsers even turned off nortons and firewall still not working here same old blank screen

I had the same problem for a while. I entered my telephone number (9999999999 format)and zip code and finally was successful.

I just re-checked and got a filled out screen.

Works for me, I checked the status of a repair I got back earlier this year...

I recently had the same issue and called the Uniden service center and the tech told me that they are always having issues with the database that holds the data. She said it's often easier to just give them a call and they can get you the lasted info.

Yeah, so far i've tried turning off my anti-virus, tried different browsers, different computers, typed in the numbers in different ways (with hyphens, and without). None of which seems to work.

All is well - I've been in correspondence with Uniden via Email. They have tracked down my scanner and gave me an estamated ship date 09/06. Uniden was very quick to respond, and was very professional. I could imagine that they have been flooded with BCD396T's, thus the reason why for the late return ship date.

My 396T arrived at Uniden on 7/18. It finally showed up on their repair status page on 7/25 with an estimated ship date of 8/8. I actually received it back in my hands 8/4

They got mine on 08-18 and it has already been shipped back. It should be here tomorrow.
You can't beat that for service.

BTW, using my telephone number with no dashes or brackets along with the zip code in the box below worked for me too.

I shipped mine Monday (8/22) ; FEDEX gave a delivery date of 8/24, as of today it is "on the truck for delivery." Stay tuned...

Mine was just shipped out yesterday. FedEx has it with an ETA of 8/27
