I haven't seen a schematic for consumer grade electronics in YEARS, as in 15 to 20. Maybe more. Besides being copyrighted and proprietary, there's not a lot you could do with one.

Well here is a block diagram for the Rafael Micro R836 SDR tuner chip used in the SDS100.

The schematics for BCT-15X surfaced not long ago and that's a fairly new scanner model. I don't know how someone managed to get hold of them in the first place.

Through an agreement with the FCC Uniden does not release them for models that cover 800 MHz.
