It appears that you are scanning while connected to Proscan.... If so, look at this box in the upper right corner of the Proscan window and be certain the "Resume Scan/Search" is set to "OFF".

I see you have Quick Keys assigned to the systems. Are they on? Verify by going to the Favorites List Editor then the System Quick Keys Status tab. Like this image.

For now, let it scan to confirm it's working. Then you can isolate it to Boyd County.

Ok...when I press the ZERO then the point (NO) then the number 1 and press the E (YES) it doesn't do anything...just beeps four or so times...

I am NOT hearing traffic and I do not see the FSD numbers. Where would those numbers be located?
I am not on a detailed screen...should I be? I am on a default screen...showing V:16 S:2 Feb 3 16:42 etc

Ok...the screen shows the scanner actively scanning. Periodically, it will stop on a P25 channel and you will traffic for about 2 seconds...then it continues to scan afterward....even though the traffic is continuing on the Whistler scanner.

When I press 0 (zero) it shows this: see attached...
