Ok...its still not being imported to Sentinel. That's the issue you'll have to figure out. Go back through this thread and hopefully you'll figure it out

If it has not been suggested before, you need someone in proximity to your location who has experience with the SDS series to give you a little in-person guidance. The SDS200 is a great radio. Most of the issues that I have had stemmed from problems with the SD card. The SDS200 is very finicky and temperamental with the the way the micro SD card is set up. Even the slightest error will cause the SDS200 to do bizarre things.
I've been fooled several times into nearly sending my radio back, all because of the SD card. But yes, there could be an actual hardware issue with your radio.
Promise someone a ride on the fire engine if they come over and straighten out your SDS200.

Yeah, I suggested early on to replace the SD card.
I don't think it was ever done.
Oh well. It's been educational to observe.

I was responding from my phone most of yesterday and didn't have a chance to check the programmed file I sent until this morning and everything appears to be correct.
When you download the file, are you converting it to an hpe file prior to trying to Import it?

You have to unzip it once you download it. I use WinZip, don't know if you have a program on your computer there.
Windows can also do this natively (assuming no other archive managers exist). Right-click zip file, left-click "Extract All"
Maybe he's trying to Import the WinZip file before he unzips it would be my guess?

No...I unzipped it and it was already the hpe file. I just uploaded it as instructed and the scanner was still acting crazy.
I cleared the data once again this morning and just loaded the Boyd County EMS-Fire-Law Enforcement. Created the favorite list as "Boyd County E-911. Ok...it is receiving traffic but not all of it. Like it has a priority cutting in and out. Now I do NOT have a priority channel set.
If there was a charlie brown of scanners...I guess, I'm him! LOL
