Does anyone know what happened to the software forum?

Were the members in the New User forum notified where their threads were moved? I was working with one in that forum and it was moved to the North Carolina forum. The only reason I looked there is because it involved the VIPER system. I don't know if the member knows it was moved there. Sorry about pirating this thread, but it was of a similar nature.
The New User forum is still there. It hasn’t been deleted. You should be able to find the thread still there with a redirect to the thread in the North Carolina forum.
There might have been a few threads that didn’t get a redirect but that was unintentional.

I can no longer see the New User forum. It was right above the General Scanning Discussion. It disappeared the same time as the Uniden Software forum.
You sure about that? Looks fine for me. Can you get to it through this link? New User / Getting Started Forum (Closed)

The link is marked (Closed) and all entries are N/A.
Right, that is correct. All active threads from the past 7 months have already been moved to more appropriate forums, redirects have been put in place, and the forum has been closed. If you click on any of the links in that forum, it takes you right to the actual thread in the forum it has been moved to. What's the issue?

The issue is that I cannot see the New User forum to get to the links. It is gone! I don't know if anyone else has the same problem, but I cannot see it.
I just logged out and double checked. The forum is still visible, same as in the screenshot I posted. You don't see it at the bottom of the Scanners, Receivers and Related Equipment Forums section on the main forum page?
Maybe there's a glitch and it's hidden from regular members. In any event, I assume you were able to access it directly via the link I provided, since you commented that it is closed and all threads are N/A.

OK. I see it now. It has light print. It used to be at the very top. I went over all of the forums several times and didn't even notice it. Sorry!
