No banks show trunked EDACS wide (800mhz), Some sites have 15 channels and channels 4-9 are blank. Here is the link, I programed sites 2, 6 and 7. Thye are main ones for Orange county NY. You see how they have blanks in between. Programed it like that for RS pro 2051 and it works fine. But with Uniden BC785D not yet. Can't even get it to show ID SCAN.
http://www.nf2g.com/scannist/NYCOMCO_EDACS.html Sorry don't know how to paste a link.

Remember that if it's a 9600 baud system it is to be set as Wide, and if it is a 4800 baud system it is to be set as Narrow. (Scat systems use only one channel.) Since RR's database shows "EDACS Standard" I would start by setting it as Wide (as
rdale stated).
Here's the RR database
link, which they list 8 total sites versus the 7 you see at the site you posted.
{*
IF* I have this correct...} Menu ... 2: Scan Option ... 2: Trunk ... *select a bank* ... 1: Trunk Type ... 1: On ... 6: EDCS Wide ... 2: Trunk Channel ... *enter the LCNs* leaving the blank ones in the list(s) empty / as 000.0000.
--> Programming manually it won't allow you to leave it empty, nor can you enter zeros so you'll most likely need the E-Scanner software to do this setup.
You'll probably also want Activity ID 'On' also (#8 after you select the bank if done manually at the scanner).
I'll be interested to learn when and how you get this to work for you.
