No, on the 2nd he said 5 to 10 days..... now if thats actually 5 to days it would be the 7th to the 12th, but if it is working days (not counting weekends) your actually looking at the 8th to the 15th.......

But as I said before I wouldn't hold my breath, even for the 15th.
