uniden you have a problem with your web site

uniden if you have more that one scanner registerd
on all my scanner page you web site will not
get you frimware updates
i have been trying to get version 3.0 update from all my scanners ( for Three days )
with no luck so i called Customer service today
and they had to clear my 996 off of the web page
now i get version 3.0 frimware update
so your people might what to look into this problem
. And to everyone out there this has not but me uniden has some kind of problem
with there web page , I am sure i am not the only one with more that one scanner.

I have 6 scanners on my page and it was fine.

I have three scanners and the RH96 control head on my page and have never had a problem getting updates. Sounds like the problem might be with you, not Uniden.
