I have a uniden BCD996T. i have some of the 800 freq programmed. but i am not hearing all of the local talk groups. I live in NE AR. would like to talk to someone who could program some more freq . send me a email w5wec@suddenlink.net.

If you are talking about a P25 system then the talk groups are listed on your state's page here. Pick out the talk groups you want to listen to and program them into your scanner. Read the manual to find out how to program your radio or use one of the fine, free software for programing Uniden scanners.
