Here's what I got so far:

Sys 1121 Site 1 Color code: 1
453.1000 control LPCN 249
453.3000 voice LPCN 265
453.5750 data

Sys 1122 Site 2 Color code: 2
453.1500 control LPCN 253
453.3625 voice
453.6125 data

Sys 1123 Site 3 Color code: 3
453.5785 control LPCN 288

Sys 1124 Site 4 Color code: 4
453.6375 control LPCN 292
453.3375 voice
453.9000 data

Sys 1125 Site 5 Color code: 5
453.4000 control LPCN 273
453.6500 data
453.9250 voice LPCN 315

Sys 1126 Site 6 Color code: 6
460.0250 control LPCN 803

Sys 1125 control channel log:
Nice

Network model: (S)nall
Network ID: 9

So S9, sites 1 through 6, CAPMAX

Looks like they’re remaining frequencies that don’t have LCN figured out yet can easily be calculated based upon what you’ve already given.

Logical Physical Channel Number, ETSI Tier 3 parlance for an LCN. Also, you went in the wrong direction. Here is a TV_GRANT for comparison that I scrapped from the log. The LPCN+TS will give you what you might see on DSD+FL.

Code:
16:18:05 Sync: +DMR [slot1] slot2 | Color Code=05 | CSBK
Talkgroup Voice Channel Grant (TV_GRANT) - Logical
  LPCN: 0315; TS: 2; LPCN+TS: 0632; Target: 00000100 - Source: 00055240

Should submit the new trunked system here: https://www.radioreference.com/db/submit/ctid/336/trunked

 - needs a name -- Gilchrist Co Public Safety? who knows.
 - somebody needs to come up with better names for duplicate named sites (like Bell and Trenton)

WRWK860 Gilchrist County - https://www.radioreference.com/db/fcc/callsign/WRWK860

2. All sites are in Gilchrist Co
3. Motorola Capacity Max
4. Network Model: (S)mall
5. Network ID: 9

 - the System/Network ID should be added in the DB as S9 dec

6. All listings are LCN <--> frequency pairs + color code

 - should be able to copy/paste the LCN Freq ColorCode lines for each site directly into the Site Frequencies section in DB

Im assuming this means that Gilchrist County is moving off VHF and operating on this system now?

Was anyone able to monitor this system and/or submit it?

Mike gave an excellent write-up for a submission in the previous posts. I would submit it myself, but I im way too far away to receive it, and I haven't been able to confirm it via OTA monitoring.
