That un id'd trunksystem that is totally encrypted in the DC area that has 20 frequencies in the 406 mhz band. Today i learned who is one the users of the new trunk system. The US Capitol Police has switched over to the new system, Confirmation was done by talking to one of the US Cap Police Officer while delivering equipment for the Inaugeration Ceremonies today. So if you haven't been hearing much on there vhf frequencies that is why.
