Unidentified Federal Trunked System (El Paso, Texas)

I entered the freqs: for this system under Motorola UHF into my scanner (BC246T)but, picked up nothing so far...Is there a trick to this or have I just ented the freqs under the wrong system???Help please...

To start with, are you sure the system is operating? Can you hear the freqs conventionally?

Secondly, you have to program a base/offset and spacing for UHF Motorola trunking to trunk. Don't ask me how to determine that if its not listed but there are many references to that already in the forums here.

I only entered the freqs that were listed for the system. I guess If I did have to enter an offset and base freq, I did'nt because there was none listed..

I Live in the El Paso Area. The Freqs have lots of activity on them when you track them conventionally. I cant track them because there are no Control Channels, Offset, Base Freq, ETC Listed. I Do Have some talkgroups that I will be Submiting later, But first we need to find out the info in order to track the System
