That's a real possibility.... TAC Air has an Aviation Spectrum Radio and a Business Band license... Air 51 has an Aviation Spectrum Radio but nothing shows in ULS for a Business Band.... I'll have to drive by and see if they have new radios on their belts.... Delta Ground (Delta's contract terminal services for other airlines) is using a Comair license from CVG as their Station Ops radio at LEX....

I am still trying to isolate that 162.9125, I think that is it don't have scanner in front of me. The "dispatcher" is not encrypted but the units are. Plus digital. Strong in all areas of Louisville.

Still gotta believe it is Foxtrot-Golf but need to try and confirm.
Just to give you an idea of the coverage if this, I have monitored it as far south as Taylor Co. and as far East as Danville.

Ok, this is not downtown... Parked in front of the Federal Building today.
It is not local for/to it. And it is not local to downtown... signal gage barely registered

So it is farther out towards the loop for certain.

Based upon a fone call from a faithful rr.com member I went a-searchin'... as this person who asked to be anonymous pointed out, most of the freqs for the East Kentucky Power Corporation TRS have been canceled since 2007... WNGF779 Daviess County Sheriff has added location: 100 E SECOND ST OWENSBORO, KY with 151.02500 Base/158.78250 Mobile
AND
Bluegrass 911 (dispatching for Garrard and Lincoln Counties) has added an emission designator for Nexedge (8K30F1W) to 155.58000 (WPKE786-Garrard Sheriff) and 155.88000(WPKF672-Garrard Fire)..... here we go again GRE and Uniden reps!

Control room open cell 118...
I even went there and parked for a little while and it didn't take long for- Control open salleyport and then the door started to rise. But i cant find this freq. licensed to the jail.

You will not find a license for them on this frequency because it is a business frequency. There is a license, WNRX775 to MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE OF BOWLING GREEN INC. They also have additional frequencies on this license:

sounds like a trucking company or something. It is very active so it should be an easy pickup but they are not giving up any kind of trunking info on my RS 106.

I have been through every trunking site listed in jefferson county on RR( these guys are in jeff co) but to no avail.

Do you hear anyone else on that freq, how far away can you hear them on that freq? It is licensed to R R DONNELLEY SONS COMPANY WPPW234 461.112500 2W Mobile in Warren County... could they be renting time from MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE OF BOWLING GREEN INC. WNRX775? Theirs is a for-profit mobile license....
Shawn, I'm checking with EKP to see whether they'll actually tell me if they use their system..... all they can do is ignore me....
